I’ve been a Ruidoso resident since 2000 when my wife and I started our New Mexican journey in the hospitality industry, purchasing, renovating and operating a lodging establishment for several years. As we’d done several house flips in the Midwest, in 2002, I secured my real estate license and never looked back. Currently, I wear three distinct hats in our industry. First and primarily, as Designated Broker and Owner of KW Casa Ideal Real Estate managing a great team of Associate Brokers. Secondly, as the Designated Nightly Rental Property Manager of the Ruidoso River Resort Condominium Owners' Association. And lastly as an individual developer / investor with commercial and residential properties in our community.

I focus my own client work exclusively in the commercial property market including meaningful valuation & analysis, business and building joint sales, lease purchase options and unique Ruidoso Midtown properties.
