VIEW HOMESTEAD ACRES LISTINGS MAP
Homestead Acres is located just past the northeast corner of the Village limits. Technically, the area is in the County but because of its proximity to other Village neighborhoods we included it as a Village area. It sits north of White Mountain Estates, east of White Mountain Meadows and south of Eagle Creek Estates. The prime defining feature of Homestead Estates would have to be the large lot sizes. Few, if any are below five acres and several are many more.
Although a bit easier to access than Camelot, its shares with Camelot that same sense of seclusion and that 'livin' in the country' feeling. Good horse pastures, lots of wildlife as it abuts the National Forest, and a real laid back, pastoral sense are the trademarks here. Many homes on the prime Homestead Circle Loop are larger than average and again with large lots. As you head back east towards the Village boundary, one will experience the Fawn Ridge area.
Fawn Ridge is essentially a sub neighborhood of Homestead Acres, the homes, including some manufactured, are more modest, the lots smaller and of course the prices are correspondingly lower. Fawn Ridge though, like its big brother to the west, Homestead Acres, maintains that same 'livin' in the country' feeling.
