View Sunny Slope - University Listings Map

The Sunny Slope - University of Ruidoso sits west of White Mountain Meadows and east of Mechem Drive, north of White Mountain Drive. It's a mid-priced neighborhood with comprised of a mix of site built and manufactured homes. Most are older, but there are some newer units especially in Sunny Slope which were constructed or placed on site after 2000.

The area is mainly permanent residents of Ruidoso when compared to other areas, like the Upper Canyon or Alpine Village which are primarily second homes used for owner enjoyment or rented through one of the major rental platforms.

Like most Ruidoso areas, Sunny Slope - University is quiet, tree filled and is connected through a series of winding, twisting roads. The University or east side of the area is more tree filled while Sunny Slope is less treed but offer some really great valley views to the south.
