VIEW PINECLIFF LISTINGS MAP

Nestled on a piney rise in the Ruidoso's southeast corner you'll find the Pinecliff subdivision. Easily accessible from what locals refer to as the "Y", the intersection of New Mexico State Highways 48 and 70, Pinecliff is a distinct residential area as it is separated from the rest of Ruidoso by HWY 70. It seems to be more naturally a part of Ruidoso Downs, Ruidoso's municipal neighbor to it's east. Nonetheless, because of its location, Pinecliff  provides residents and second home owners great proximity to shopping, banking restaurants and health services.

Homes in Pinecliff consist of a mostly mid market mix of unique homes mostly constructed in the 1970's and 80's. Of course there are also outliers of newer construction, older homes and a sprinkling of manufactured homes here and there as well.  Many homes in Pinecliff, especially those on the areas northwest edge overlooking HWY 70 offer great views of the Ruidoso Valley and Sierra Blanca in the distance.
