VIEW PARADISE CANYON LISTINGS MAP
Paradise Canyon Road intersects Sudderth Drive as you head westbound towards Ruidoso's Midtown. It’s a twisty, curvy two lane street through a relatively steep canyon with the seasonally active Cedar Creek running along its bottom.
One of the older constructed areas in Ruidoso, Paradise Canyon is filled with smaller cabins and wood built structures. Many seem to be literally hanging off the canyon walls as you navigate the many turns on the Paradise Canyon Road.
If you're in the market for an older, lower cost second home permanent home with fixer up potential you may give Paradise Canyon strong consideration. It's centrally located, shady and the topography is dramatic in spots.
We've also included the Meander Drive properties in Paradise Canyon. Though technically not in the canyon, Meander intersects Paradise Canyon Road right at the Rio Ruidoso on the south end right before its terminus with Sudderth Drive. You'll find Meander Drive properties to be larger, newer and more expensive as a general rule. It’s a nice quiet street which parallels the river connecting Paradise Canyon Road and Gavilan Canyon Road.
