Brady Canyon is accessed on the west side of Mechem Drive just nor of its intersection with Sudderth Drive in Ruidoso. Brady Canyon is exactly that, a canyon which ultimately travels to higher ground to the base of Sierra Blanca. Long and narrow the main street, Brady Canyon Road is lined with homes and it gains elevation on its westward journey.

Here you'll find a mix of site built homes interspersed with manufactured homes as the zoning permits both. Brady Canyon is shady and quiet with a mix of permanent residents and second home owners, many who rent these properties out through VRBO, Home-away and AirBnB. Like Apache Hills, the properties are a little older than the average with many structures from the late 1960's and 1970's. Though not as walk-able to Ruidoso as Apache Hills, its close proximity by scooter, bike or car remains an attractive feature of this neighborhood.
